Jeans Washing Process Details：Common ways are as follows
NO.1 Garment Washing：
General washing - ordinary washing water, usually the water temperature is about 40°-50°C, sometimes the temperature may be higher according to the fabric and requirements, add a certain amount of detergent softener, if necessary, put in some auxiliary agents, such as anti-dyeing agents.
No.2 Biological Washing：
Cotton products biological washing water, usually use bio-polishing enzyme 0.5% ~ 2.0% (about the weight), 45 ~ 55 ° C temperature, time of 30 ~ 60 min, penetrating agent, 0.5 g/L, PH 4.5 ~ 5.5 (with 98% per liter HAc0.5 ml and sodium acetate 0.5 g adjustment), bath ratio 1:10 ~ 15. After finishing clothes, bio-polishing enzyme surface villus hardly meet, not easy pilling phenomenon, clothing hygroscopicity, drapability, feel have improved significantly.
NO.3 Desizing:
The purpose of desizing is to remove the sizing material from the garment so as to facilitate the post-processing and good production conditions.Because denim mostly USES starch or modified starch starch size, so can use amylase desizing.Common desizing process formula (per liter of agent):amylase 1~2g, salt 2~5g, osmosis agent 1~2g, glacial acetic acid 0.5~1.5ml, softener 0~2g. Process conditions:PH value 6~7, bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 50~60C, time 30min.Due to the usual residual alkali on denim, acetic acid is added into the desizing bath to adjust the PH value of 6~7, so that the amylase can play the best performance.Adding softener creates streaks during desizing of some heavy denim.
NO.4 Besides Leaven：
Cellulase is produced from the fermentation of a single mold species, which can hydrolyze the surface of cellulose, and partially produce water-soluble products such as short-chain polysaccharides and glucose.Since denim dyeing is only applied to the fiber surface, cellulase partially hydrolyzes the cellulose surface while removing the dye attached to the fiber surface.Cellulase is divided into acid cellulase and neutral cellulase according to the requirement of PH value of water bath in the process of stone mill washing.The PH value of acid cellulase is 4.5~5.5. The PH value of neutral cellulase is 6~8.
NO.5 Bleach：
Bleaching is usually done in three ways
① Oxygen Bleaching USES hydrogen peroxide and caustic soda to destroy the dye structure at high temperatures to achieve the effect of fading.Mainly used to wash black denim, domestic teachers generally like to use potassium permanganate to float, relatively difficult to a lot of technology
②Chlorine Bleach Wash with potassium hypochlorite and neutralize with baking soda.This is the simplest and most common bleaching method.
③Salt Free Float Use salt-free indigo decolorizer and caustic soda to use water temperature of 80 to 90 degrees to bleach. It is difficult to compare blue denim fabric with green at high temperature.After neutralization, the original package is restored.This method is usually not used unless there is a special requirement.
NO.6 Sand Washing：
Sand wash is multi-purpose a few alkalescent, oxidizing assistant, make clothings wash after certain fade effect and old feeling, if match with stone grind, the cloth surface after washing can produce a downy frost white nap, add a few softener again, can make the fabric after washing soft, downy, improve the comfort of wearing thereby.

NO.7 Hang Dry：
After washing, the product is dehydrated and finally dried. Drying is not only completed by drying the clothes, but also controls the drying temperature and time according to the fabric composition, considering its shrinkage rate and a series of problems.And at the end, you do the cold air treatment.
